Chief Executive Officer - Aodh O'Donnell aodh@errigalseafood.com Aodh has over 35 years experience in seafood, having started working at Errigal Seafood as a young student. This experience has been key in his leadership of the company through an aggressive policy of expansion, diversification and solid growth. Aodh leads a motivated, well trained and dedicated team, and has put in place the best processing technologies and systems in the industry. Aodh also oversees Sales & Marketing in Donegal’s key Asian markets of Japan & South Korea. |

Financial Controller - Alan Mitchell alan@errigalseafood.com Alan joined Errigal Seafood from Platter Foods (owners of Kerry Food Group) 3 years ago. He has a wealth of experience in the food industry and is responsible for maintaining best practice in Errigal Seafood’s financial, operations and administrative functions. He is also responsible for purchasing and procurement of raw materials. He plays a key role in working with the team to achieve highest quality management at a Least Cost Production Base, thereby guaranteeing that our end product can be marketed competitively and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Head of Operations - Paul Smith paul@errigalseafood.com Paul is an Operations / Production Manager with several years experience working in the food processing, manufacturing and construction industries and in particular in the implementation of change and the delivery of continuous improvement in added value foods, both chilled and frozen. As Head of Operations, Paul is responsible for efficiently managing all the day to day operations of the plant.

Quality Manager - Andrew Doherty andrew@errigalseafood.com Andrew manages a team of dedicated quality and hygiene personnel and is also responsible for our NPD function. He ensures the microbiological, physiochemical and organoleptic conformance of all of our products and conducts regular benchmarking sessions to ensure that we deliver consistent top class product quality to our customers. |

Production Manager - Louise McGinley louise@errigalseafood.com Louise started with Errigal Seafood in Quality Assurance and now successfully manages a large team of highly skilled production staff with many years experience in preparing the best seafood products for our export markets. Louise has played a key leadership role in successfully implementing Best Practice at Operations and Lean Manufacturing Methodologies. |

Procurement/Supply Chain Manager - Proinsias Kennedy proinsias@errigalseafood.com Proinsias started his working career with Errigal Seafood and now plays a key role in managing the supply chain and directs all purchases and dispatches in and out of the factory. He liaises and maintains close daily contact with over 40 fishermen in a partnership arrangement to ensure that product is landed in the freshest condition. Proinsias also works closely with our suppliers of raw material and packaging as well as our transport hauliers.

International Sales and Marketing Manager - Roger Abring roger@errigalseafood.com Roger has worked as a Key Account Manager with Errigal Seafood over a number of years with responsibility for Scandinavia and the Baltic Region. New Product Development - Shane Mc Gee shane@errigalseafood.com Shane joined Errigal Seafood as an International Culinary Enterprise graduate from LYIT in 2009. With his culinary background he has worked within Errigal to develop new products and innovative processes over the past 3 years while also studying for a Masters in Marketing. He plays a key role in working with Errigal’s team, both in Donegal and internationally, to continously improve processes and to meet the needs of the every changing trends in the food retail business, globally.

Key Account Manager, France - Yannick Goimier yannick@errigalseafood.com Yannick joined Errigal Seafood from the French retail sector and manages our France operations headquartered in Boulogne Sur Mer. Yannick interfaces with our many customers in the French market and is responsible for developing a strong customer base in France & Belgium. He has put in place an innovative inventory buffer system which allows customers to replenish their stocks on a daily basis with last minute orders. |

Key Account Manager, Spain - Beatriz Ajenjo beatriz@errigalseafood.com Fluent in four languages, Beatriz is a communications professional with experience of working in several European countries. She has been involved in the seafood business for eight years, joining our company in 2007, with responsibility for growing the business in the Iberian market. Beatriz has successfully built an impressive client list for Errigal Seafood in Spain. More importantly she has established Errigal Seafood’s reputation as a company with excellent customer service, as well as, a supplier of high quality products. |

National Sales Manager, Portugal - Pedro Fernandes pedro@errigalseafood.com Pedro, a management graduate, has 10 years experience in the food industry joining Errigal Seafood in 2010 from Yoplait/Gelgurte where he was National Account Manager. He has worked in a variety of positions within the industry including in the retail sector, providing him with deep insight into what clients in this sector demand from a supplier. Fluent in three languages, including his native Portuguese, Pedro is committed to superior account management and building Errigal Seafood as brands of excellence and quality in Portugal.
Sales Consultant- Tom Glynn tom@errigalseafood.com Tom is a well known and respected figure in the industry and has successfully grown Errigal Seafood’s products in international markets for 31 years. He is responsible for pioneering and launching Donegal pasteurised crab in France, Sweden and Spain and following his retirement in July 2012, continues working with us as a sales consultant with responsibility for growing emerging markets.

Sales Representative China - Ms. Min Yin min@errigalseafood.com Min Yin has more than 6 years’ experience in the international trade and tourism industry as a sales manager in Shanghai, China. Since relocating to Ireland in 2010, she obtained an honours degree in Marketing and Business and was selected for the Bord Bía Fellowship 2012 in conjunction with Smurfit Business School. She represents Errigal Seafood in China.
